Booking and payment

Event rentals are paid in full by card when booked. Monthly rentals are billed at the start of each 28-day cycle; the first cycle includes the one-time delivery and pickup fee. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards. Approved contractor and organization accounts may pay by invoice within 15 days.

Rental periods

An event rental covers up to 4 days from delivery. A monthly rental covers 28 days and renews automatically each cycle until you request pickup. The final cycle is billed by the week used.

Delivery

Deliveries run 7 AM–5 PM, Monday to Saturday. We give a window, not an exact time. Same-day delivery requires an order by 12 PM and a $75 fee. You must provide a level spot within about 15 feet of truck access, with gates unlocked or codes provided. If our driver cannot place the unit because of blocked access, a return-trip charge of $75 may apply.

Servicing

Monthly rentals include one service visit per week. The unit must be reachable by our truck on service day. Units moved without notice, locked without a key or blocked by vehicles or materials may miss service, and a return visit is billed at the extra-service rate.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel or change an order up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are refunded minus a delivery-trip charge. Same-day orders cannot be refunded once the truck is dispatched. Weather cancellations can be moved to a new date at no charge. Refunds post in 5 to 10 business days.

Pickup and stopping billing

Units are never picked up automatically. Call or text to request pickup; monthly billing stops on the day you call, and pickup is scheduled within 1 to 2 business days. Leave the unit accessible and unlocked for pickup.

Care of the unit and damage

Normal wear is our responsibility. The renter is responsible for loss, fire, graffiti, vandalism, and damage from moving or tipping the unit, billed at repair or replacement cost. Do not put trash, diapers, chemicals or paint in the tank. Cleanup of a tipped unit is billed at cost.

Placement on public property

The renter is responsible for any permit needed to place a unit on a public street, sidewalk or park, such as a City of Harrisburg street closure request. We will not place units in a public right-of-way without the renter's confirmation that permission has been granted.

Property and liability

Our driver places units where you direct. We take care to avoid damage, but are not responsible for damage to lawns, pavers, sprinkler lines or buried utilities that were not marked before delivery.
